Like everyone else on the planet, we got a little Star Wars crazy for a while at the end of 2015, so put something fun together for the Dollar Shave Club Facebook.
I filmed this on my iPhone in 4K (taping it to a tripod), then comped 3 separate shots together– left hand, right hand and razor tied to dental floss. It was extremely quick to do, aside from some pain-in-the-ass roto to remove the floss. The camera wiggle, light grade and customary Star Wars wipe added in post with After Effects.
